HISTEM2026 Registration Benefits & Policies

1. Registration includes an invitation to all sessions and the welcome brunch reception, as well as a certificate of participation, and access to the conference proceedings.
2. Only accepted presenters and registration applicants will be permitted to register.
3. Request for refunds were due by midnight on October 8, 2026.
4. Registration does not include transportation, accommodation, meals or visa support.
5. Please see our Common Questions page for details regarding eligibility for the student rate.
6. Groups rates are possible for 3 or more attendees. Contact us for details.
7. Single-day and multi-day reduced or discount rates are not available.
8. Presenter registration covers one presentation and only one author.
9. If you would like to give an extra presentation, contact us for details.
10. The HISTEM2026 Schedule only includes accepted presentations with at least one registered author.  
11. Additional authors wishing to attend HISTEM2026 must also pay the registration fee.

Registration Payment Methods

Register by Credit Card

Registration by credit card is available via PayPal. If someone else is paying on your behalf, please inform the Secretariat. Registrants will receive three receipts: (1) an automatic receipt from PayPal; (2) an E-mail payment confirmation from the organizers.

If a registrant is unable to attend HISTEM2026, the registrant can cancel their registration and receive a full refund, less a 20% administration fee, up to the cancellation deadline of October 8, 2026. After the cancellation deadline, INTESDA will not refund the registration fee if the delegate cancels or fails to attend. Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks to process from the date of the request. Questions? Contact the HISTEM2026 Secretariat 

 

Register by Bank Transfer

Please note the following rules and conditions for registration by international bank transfer:

1. Kindly inform us if another person or organization will pay on your behalf.
2. Transfers may take several days to confirm receipt of your payment.
3. Contact us to receive the bank information.

Register Onsite

Onsite payment is not permitted for this HISTEM2026. All attendees must register in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Questions? Contact the HISTEM2026 Secretariat

2. What visa support is provided by the organizers?
   Detailed information is provided on our Travel page.
3. What if my visa application is rejected?
   All US Embassy decisions are final. No assistance will be given if your application is rejected.
