Welcome Reception
An optional, ticketed welcome reception will be offered on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 17:30. Osaka is famous for various local dishes, some of which have attained nationwide and even international fame. The menu will suit everyone’s tastes including Japanese, Western and vegetarian. We will depart from the Osaka Corona Hotel lobby promptly at 17:15 and walk as a group to the restaurant — only a few minutes on foot from the hotel.
Free invitations to the Welcome Dinner will be given to the first 10 confirmed registrants; thereafter, a limited number of tickets can be purchased at the registration table. Please understand that the capacity of the restaurant is limited. Priority will be given to confirmed registrants.
