Registration Benefits and Policies

  1. Only accepted presenters and registration applicants will be permitted to register.
  2. Discount rates are for undergraduates and master students only (student ID required).
  3. Bank registration details will be sent with your COPHA 2023 acceptance letter.
  4. Registration for onsite presentation includes an invitation to the welcome reception.
  5. Onsite participants will receive a printed copy of the COPHA 2023 Schedule, Receipt and a Certificate.
  6. Virtual presenters and audience will receive a print quality PDF receipt and certification of participation.
  7. Presenters will be included in the COPHA 2023 e-Proceedings, It will be sent on Feb.15, 2024.
  8. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided during the afternoon sessions.
  9. Request for refunds must be received by Friday, November 17, 2023.
  10. Registration does not include transportation, accommodation and meals nor obliges visa support.
  11. Abstracts are peer-reviewed and included in the proceedings. Full papers are optional.

Registration Payment Methods

Register by Credit Card

Registration by credit card is only available for international participants. All attendees residing in Japan must register via ATM bank transfer. The bank instructions and details will be included in your acceptance letter.

Register by Bank Transfer

We permit registration by domestic and international bank transfer. The bank instructions and details will be included in your acceptance letter. 

Domestic Bank Transfer

  1. Local banks in Japan or ATMs should be used.
  2. Kindly inform us if another person or organization will pay on your behalf.
  3. Transfers may take several days to confirm receipt of your payment.
  4. Contact us to receive the bank information.

International Bank Transfer

  1. An additional surcharge of 5,000 will be added to the registration fee.
  2. Kindly inform us if another person or organization will pay on your behalf.
  3. Transfers may take several days to confirm receipt of your payment.

Register Onsite

Onsite payment is permitted on a case-by-case basis. Please note the following conditions:

  1. Advance approval from the Program Committee is required.
  2. The Regular Rate is 40,000 JPY for delegates and 30,000 JPY for students.
  3. Paying onsite at COPHA 2023 must be paid in Japanese yen cash.
  4. Payment onsite by credit cards or other foreign currency is not permitted.
  5. Additional rules and conditions may apply.
